Who is nfergyfit?

Hi! I’m Nicole (nfergyfit). I am a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant of 12+ years. I also am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and half way through my Nutrition Certification as well. The last two years, I have spent my time being a stay at home mom to my four beautiful children. I want to share my love of fitness from home with as many people as I can. My goal is to teach you how to properly perform exercises, while also providing you with programs to help keep you moving and living a healthier lifestyle.

I am a lover of cooking (most of the time), and love trying new, healthy recipes and getting crafty in the kitchen to come up with my own (this doesn’t always end well). When my own recipe turns out good enough to share, you betcha, I’m sharing it here with you too!

I understand that eating well is a hot topic and probably the most difficult thing about maintaining a healthier lifestyle. My goal here is to also help you understand that food is not your enemy and is actually a contributor to your wondrous body and mind. Food is a source of energy for us, and is vital to our well-being. (Carbs included).
