Body crush is a 4-week (24 day) beginner, intermediate, or advanced fitness program that can be done anywhere! Equipment is not a necessity but may be used if you want an extra push!
The program will target all areas of fitness including strengthening, endurance, cardiovascular and flexibility.
“Tell me what is included in the program.”
Each day you will receive an easy to follow video via email where I workout right along with you; guiding you through proper techniques and even alternatives to each exercise. Why am I doing this? Because I want you to succeed!
When you sign up for the FREE 24 day BODY CRUSH by nfergyfit program, you will receive a PDF of the entire 4-week program. This is where you can keep track of your progress, and check off each day as you complete it as well as keep track of any resistance increases.
This PDF is the outline of the program and it’s yours to keep! That way you will have it to refer back to and do all over again if you so wish! (You’re welcome!) Also included is a work-sheet for recording your body measurements. (Provided in the PDF download)

Wow! Just coming right out with it aren’t you? I totally get it. I would think the same thing. There is absolutely NO catch. I am a stickler for proper posture and technique and believe it our duties as healthcare and fitness professionals to provide that key information to as many people as possible. I just want to share the things that work for me. Doing it this way gives me the opportunity to reach more of you and help more people like you, to live a life of fitness & fun!
I may slip in some notes about other programs I offer, but there is NO pressure to use them. BODY CRUSH by nfergyfit is a great FREE 24-day program designed to help you get started on your fitness journey. It can be done one time, or again and again.
I don’t plan on sending you email after email once the program completes…unless you sign up to be part of my email list, where I send you new program and meal recipes as they are offered.

“After I sign-up what should I expect?”
Once you complete the sign-up, you will receive an email welcoming you to the program. In that email you will get your FREE PDF of the program, as well as a video on how to take your measurements (which you can also access here).
Your first exercise video (Week 1 Day 1) will show up in an email the following day, and each day after that for 4 weeks.
“What if I don’t get an email?”
If for some reason you do not receive an email, check your spam. Most likely it has ended up there. When you find it, be sure to add me to your contacts to avoid future spam dumps. If it is not in your spam folder you can send me an email here.

“If I decide I don’t like the program (which I’m sure won’t happen), can I stop receiving emails?”
If for whatever reason you decide the program is not for you, (which I hope doesn’t happen) and you no longer want to receive emails, you will be able to unsubscribe by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of one of the emails at anytime and you will no longer receive the workouts.
